Mobizen Wireless Desktop loses click capabilities

Every once in a while, the Mobizen app will lose the ability to remote control my phone, so it does work about 95% of the time. Here are some things I’ve tried and figure out with my problem

  1. It is displaying the screen perfectly fine
  2. There is no issue with internet connection or connecting to Mobizen
  3. The Mobizen plugin is turned on
  4. It doesn’t work with any app or program on the phone
  5. This isn’t an issue with the “Blue Light Screen Filter”
  6. Touch is restored when I connect the phone via USB, but when I try wireless again, it loses remote control capabilities
  7. Restarting/Turning off my Computer or Phone doesn’t solve the issue either

The next step I’m going to do is do just uninstall the program and then reinstall it, and hopefully that will solve the issue, but I was hoping there is an easier and faster option before I do that
